GENERAL INFORMATION

DEPOSITS & SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS

Provisional bookings can be made over the phone on 01803-325668 or by fax (01803-325668) but must be

confirmed within 7 days with a deposit of £10.00 per person per night Payment may be made by Cheque,

Cash, Credit or Debit Card. Cheques made payable to: Babbacombe Hall Hotel.

A booking is confirmed on the receipt of your deposit and completed booking form. You will be sent a

confirmation of your booking by return of post. Once a confirmation of booking has been issued by

Babbacombe Hall Hotel you are responsible for the full cost of accommodation.

CANCELLATION AND EARLY DEPARTURES

When booking is cancelled within week or less before the date of arrival and the rooms cannot be re-let,

the hotel reserves the right to make a charge for the total value of the booking. It is strongly recommended

that guests take out a Holiday Cancellation Insurance; details will be sent with your confirmation of booking.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES

Guest rooms are normally available from 2.00pm. On the day of arrival, if you intend to arrive after

6.00pm please let us know in advance. Accommodation must be vacated by 10:30am.on the day of

departure. Late arrivals or early departures will not receive any refund for any holiday missed.

CAR PARKING

There is car parking on site. Cars parked on site are entirely at owner’s risk.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the establishment including the front car park. Guests are only permitted to smoke in the garden area where ashtrays are provided upon request
